Limp mode on 2013 1.2 tdi Blue Motion
Hi there, hoping someone has some advice with me on this. The warning on the dash came on and the diagnostics showed an error code (can't find it right now) which lead me to replace the MAP sensor on the air intake. I then cleared the error code. The problem I am having is that I can drive for 5km and then the warning light reappears and the car goes into limp mode again, if I turn the ignition off and wait for it to cool down and then restart, the warning light has disappeared and it is driveable for another 5km,then repeats the same issue. Can anyone offer some advice on how to fix this? Will be most appreciative. Thanks!

Okay, got the code it is P2279 and says Intake Air System Leak. All advice appreciated!

Check you N75 valve if it has failed, I had the same problem on my tdi same code P2279. The N75 valve is the "boost control valve" with 3 pipes. 1 pipe is vacuum, 1 is to control the boost and 1 is a vent.
For good measure you can check the vacuum system for leaks as well.
