Hi guys can anyone tell me if and where i can get a egr delete or will software just delete the fault. saw it on youtube not sure if its a good idea for my polo 1.9 sportline.

But the engine light will be on then? Needs to be removed with software.

Engine light won't be on if you put egr blank off plates and race pipe. There is no electronic component on a 1.9 tdi egr, it works off vacuum.

It depends on what you want, are you wanting to remove the EGR hardware as well? If not, a simple EGR coding flash will keep the EGR valve shut and achieve the same thing. If you need assistance in KZN you can send me a DM and we can assist.

Look up Paul's Auto Services.

He's on Zwartkop road opposite the Prestbury police station at the Shell garage.

He is a decent mechanic and straight as an arrow. He will be able to get your TDI purring in no time.
