He is based in JHB. The kit is easy to install and you don't need to have anything changed on the softwareMarlin pmb wrote:Hi Armand Is He in kzn ?

Re: EGR
Engine light won't be on if you put egr blank off plates and race pipe. There is no electronic component on a 1.9 tdi egr, it works off vacuum.saxo wrote:But the engine light will be on then? Needs to be removed with software.

Re: EGR
It depends on what you want, are you wanting to remove the EGR hardware as well? If not, a simple EGR coding flash will keep the EGR valve shut and achieve the same thing. If you need assistance in KZN you can send me a DM and we can assist.Marlin pmb wrote: ↑Thu Aug 19, 2021 9:05 pm Hi guys can anyone tell me if and where i can get a egr delete or will software just delete the fault. saw it on youtube not sure if its a good idea for my polo 1.9 sportline.

Re: EGR
Look up Paul's Auto Services.
He's on Zwartkop road opposite the Prestbury police station at the Shell garage.
He is a decent mechanic and straight as an arrow. He will be able to get your TDI purring in no time.
