Golf 6 1.6 TDI Diesel pressure issue - presure regulating vavle

I am strugeling with my car at the moment.
I have been told there is a problem with the diesel pressure and the faulty part is the presure regulating valve.

Can anyone tell me where I can buy this part other than at the VW agents.

I live in Bloemfontein.
After drving back from holiday, had been driving about 600km for the day, the car went into limp mode and then little yellow spiral light on the dash game on. After pulling to the side of the rode and switching off the engine, the car would not start again. Had it towed and got diagnostics done. They did not give me the fault code, only told my there was a diesel pressure issue.
Took it to the garage that always services the car. They think it is the pressure regulating valve

The car lost power and then went into limp mode and then the light came on

there can be several reasons why there is no diesel pressure.
No supply from the in-tank pump
High pressure pump failure
Regulation valve failure
Relief valve failure.
Is it vcds that is telling them regulation valve failure?
Those parts you will only find at vw or a place like diesel electric/ bosch pump repair places. Some are not available loose and you have to buy the pump or the fuel rail to get it. So you better be sure you have the right part diagnosed - they are expensive.

So I got the final verdict on my car. I could cry a whole day.
They say there was water in the diesel tank and that is was is causing all the problems.
They also say there is some iron type shavings in the return fuel line.
I have no idea what this all mean.

Please someone give advice.

It means the High pressure pump is now kaput. shaving in the fuel lines will also mean the injectors are no kaput.
Find a pump and injectors at a scrapyard. maybe also the fuel rail and lines or make absolutely sure they are spotlessly clean before going back in otherwise you are back where you started. You would want to see all this for yourself though. Let them pull the rail in front of you and see for shavings.
