Oil Leaks! A4 B6 1.9TDi

Need some major assistance. Spent the last 2 months (and loads of money) trying to diagnose an oil leak which is causing major fumes to entire my cabin.
I've recently done an EGR Delete (as I was assured this was the cause of the leak), afterwards I was told a simple clogged cat or a hole in the exhaust was now the cause of the smell!
Went to two exhaust shops for a second opinion, could not find any hole yet found more oil near the hot end of the turbo (which I am sure is causing the smell when it heats up).

Cut a long story short, where could I find a reputable shop to investigate (and will not destroy me on price) and what are common causes for oil leaks (or places I should look at)

So what is usually fairly helpfull when you ask for shop recommendations is to at least state a location or give the city you need it in.......
