Golf 7 2.0 TDI buy

Hey Guys and Girls
New on the VWclub forum and need some advise.

I'm looking to buy a 200 000km plus 2013 golf 7 2.0 tdi highline DSG.
The one i'm looking at had a cambelt failure just after 210 000km because it was not changed at previous service (so said the VW mechanic that serviced the car). The car has a full service history with VW also.
The entire top end was redone by VW. Cost the owner R60k. I have the invoice off all the work and parts.

I called up the previous owner to get more info as he traded it in.
The golf was his company car. He said that after the top end was done there was no problems on the car.(He has no reason to lie to me) Also called the VW that did the work and spoke to the guys who did the work. The replaced everything that was remotely damaged. They assured me the engine is as good as new.

I test drove the car and it looks and sound very good.
So my question is this:
Is it a "good" thing that the engine was rebuilt?
What other things should I be watching out for?
Why should I not buy it as the price is also very reasonable. (I checked the book and retail value)?
