ive been hearing alot about removal of the cat conv. The polo has 160 000km.
Can anyone suggest a good place in durban to remove the EGR and delete as was as remove the cat? What price should i expect?
Will it be good to do the software also?

Exhaust shops can do a decat for u.. they are priced around 250-450.
Try powerflow durban on prince alfred street.
Egr delete, u need to get egr blanking plates to completely seal of the exhaust manifold and egr housing, or u can fit a racepipe and use 1 blanking plate on the exhaust only.
Generally when the egr is deleted u will get a fault code/management light on.
It needs to be mapped out of the ecu.
Contact CaddyOn on the forum he can do that for u along with a stage 1 file if u interested..

Put on hold. Something else just gave up on the suspension...........
