Re: Oil pressure sensor location
No idea on the new Polo’s but on my ‘05 TDi it sits on the oil filter housing where the oil filter drops in. Sits at the bottom on the right hand side when you stand infront of the vehicle. Hope it helps bru

Re: Oil pressure sensor location
Ok I found it. Sits at the back of the motor, on the right side if you looking at the car. You need to remove the air box and a bracket to get to it.

Re: Oil pressure sensor location
I replaced the pressure switch. Turns out the sump level sensor was faulty and it turned the oil light on every 100km after opening the bonnet.
removed the sump and oil. cleaned it all up. put in the new sensor and it never put the light on again.
