Tiguan 2.0l TDI Oil in water coolant bottle

Morning,

I need some expert advise please. I drive a 2011 Tiguan 2.0l TDI 4-motion. Just over a month ago the coolant light came on. Stopped at the service station to check and when the attendant was filling the bottle oil came out of the bottle when overflowing. I immediately took the car to a service center who replaced the oil cooler and flushed the engine several times. This morning I wanted to add water into the wiper bottle and opened the coolant bottle. Full of oil again. Any advise will be appreciated.

heat exchanger or EGR cooler failures are more common on them than head gasket. Generally oil in the water and not water in oil is 99.9% of the time a heat exchanger failure.

Sorry was offline for a few days. The car is not overheating. Drives as if there is nothing wrong with it.
