Polo 1.9tdi problem
Good day guys
OK sitting bit problem i had time ago my cam belt on my tdi redone, i never had leaks or any water loss or any problem before this, ACD work on the car, now since i got the car back from them 2 months ago my car is using water suddenly i went back and they did checks again and also DIE test and pressure test and no leaks is showing. This is just very strange to me that since my car had cam-belt changed now its using water, i went then to second opinio to Goch and cooper and asked them to just check for me what can be wrong they then found radiator was leaking bit in bottom small crack, ok so then i replaced it and also replaced bottle cap and also sensor. I really thought that would make difference now but still same problem car is using water but like it will only drop in 4 days time. i really hope not head gasket as this is weird that all this started after cam belt change.
do any of you guys perhaps know what can be or had maybe a problem like this as i read all the other stuff guys wrote but mine bit different as my stuff happened after cam-belt change and i don't know maybe dud water pump.

Mileage on car? What about at water pump? G12 has a die in it, check under black light / UV.

Did they replaced the water pump ? Could be leaking at the water pump.

Re: Polo 1.9tdi problem
Hey Guys
km on car now is 194000km car always been serviced by vw before 186000km. they replaced whole cam-belt kit with water-pump. its just strange that after replaced the cam-belt kit that the car is using water now and also another symptom that's is coming up is oil being used already checked all boost pipes and oil leaks on car nothing that i can see. but this also was after oil change might be that didn't put in enough.

Re: Polo 1.9tdi problem
Go speak to ferdi at euromotorclinic in Willow road stilkland. Decent guy that won't take you for a ride.
Sounds definitely like they screwed up the waterpump.
If they put proper g12 coolant in the car you can trace water leaks with a black light
