Hi tdi Engineers
Im driving a 2012 vw jetta 1.6 tdi
The filler cap is oily and it consumes too much oil
I thought it is the filler cap and replaced it but it seems im wrong
I will post pictures later today

I had leaks coming from my filler cap and funnel. I replaced the seals and the leak went away. (9n).

cannot look at that in isolation and say if it is problem or not. Pull the breather that comes form the sump and if there is excessive pressure there or huge amounts of oil in the intake then you might have a rings issue.
