hey guys i drive polo 1.9 tdi sportline 2005 model
the problem with my car it starts nicely then drops the ref count and the engine stop running even when i step on the accelerator nothing happeng it stops...what could be the cause.please help.

Does the car eventually start though? If so,
Check for air in the fuel lines commonly caused by:
1. Loose/damaged fuel piping
2. Leaking fuel filter drain plug
3. Leaking thermostatic valve on fuel filter
4 Leaking injector seals
5. Leaking tandem pump
A damaged intank fuel pump will also cause hard starts

Try scan for errors.
Also try the spare key. Maybe lost it's coding?
