Turbo Pressure limiting solenoid valve

Hi Guys,

New to the forum,

I drive a 2005 Volkswagen polo 1.9Tdi 125 000km on the clock,

i noticed the other night that i have very low Rpm's and that there is no boost like before,

i took my car in for a diagnosis and the error states ’Turbo Pressure limiting solenoid valve’’

i would just like to know if there is anyone that can tell me is it the solenoid itself or the turbo?

and can someone suggest a solution for this? do i take it in is it something i can fix myself.

your help will be much appreciated.

No error code number? Sound like n75 but can't be sure with what you gave

i dont see any other codes on the report.

There must be an error number like P1056 or something.
Did You use vagcom or some egenric fault reader?

Hi Leon just as panic suggests get your car scanned check vcds register you will find someone close that can help u solve your issues cheers
