Hi guys. Have searched the forums, can't find anything similar to what I experienced this morning. Left my house @ around 06:30, barely drove 10 K's, stuck on traffic for about 10 K's, road clears up abit, I try to accelerate, car pulls up to 80 Km/h fine, beyond that, has effol power, feels like an old MB 200d..
But there's no warning lights, no smoke, nothing, drives like normal but gutless.
Eventually I get to the N12, pedal to the metal up to about 110 Km/h, takes like 2 minutes, starts pulling a little better, drop a gear back and plant it. "Lags" abit, then like a lekker k*k, starts pulling like it should, boosting and whistling like it should.
Get it up to 150-170 Km/h
, keep it there for about 5-10 minutes, then slacked back down to 110 Km/h, floored it, pulls like it should, no problems. Get off on Maraisburg, in traffic again, still pulling fine. Anybody know why it did this? PS: Car is still stock standard, no mods whatsoever. Bought it on 25/04/2013, so only had for it around 3 weeks, running on 103 524 K's, got 887 K's on my first refill tank. Thanks guys
