TDI Turbo change

Hi guys

Im looking for info on changingg the turbo on my Jetta

Looking to go bigger and some folks have told me to go for
cupra tdi turbo

Just want to get more input on other turbos as well as i need to
know about
direct bolt on, yes or no
do i have to change manifolds

Software and downpipe is done already, so it will just need some tweaks
on the software side
Im not looking to build a monster tdi, but i feel the current turbo is
abit small, and i just want it to get up and go better

The engine is Jetta 5, 1.9TDI engine code BXE

Any input will be appreciated
