I'm driving a Polo sedan 1.6 tdi comfortline.. want to know if i do software what can i expect? where can i do it an will my warranty laps?
I'm use to driving a 96kw polo sportline.. realy missing the power
has anyone done it?

I would not recommend it, that engine was built for economy, not power. The ecu must be opened to flash it.

from what i hear a few tuners can map these cars without going the bench map route..

i realised that dont need the extra power.. took a drive t potch today n was stunned at how the 1.6 performed.. plus fuel consumption was great..
now i need to lower the polo.. but will my warranty laps? the some dealers say no and others yes?

Most tuners can map them but power and torque gains are not what you would see in the likes of the PD series TDI's. The valves apparently are not exactly that strong so torque cannot be increased too much
