Where is my pack?

I renewed my membership 5min ago and still have not received my welcome pack.
Also, is there a new shirt design in the pipeline?
Will wait for new shirt.

seriously??? I have the same **** problem.....slow service, poor management, Ugly comm members (Richard and Temba)
I give up, gonna buy Opel now
