Hi all.
I need help with a motor related question but can't add a new topic in the "Technical: Motoring Related Questions" section. I can add a "New topic" in almost any other section except the one I need.
Any ideas why?

Pick the appropriate sub forum under technical.

I did that. Selected :Technical: Motoring Related Discussions. But no "New Topic" icon.
However, if I go into any other sub forum under technical (or even 'Non-Technical') ie: ICE Related discussions, the "New Topic" icon is there.
