Recently bought an golf 3 with an abf in it, and looking to do a major service on the car.
Please could you pm or post some of the items like:
Air filter
Oil filter
Fuel filter
Oil
Cambelt
Tensioner
Ribbed belt- will have to get an part number on the belt.

Oil filter R38.00
Fuel filter R84.00 assuming they still use the old fuel system setup
Oil R185.00 Shell hx5 15w40
Cambelt R394.00
Tensioner R146.00
