It doesnt look like the 1.9tdi ever some out with 4 pod calipers but there wore 2 different front brake systems. I can check when you here to buy or i will need your vin number to double check.

The Ibiza Cupra TDI did come with the AP Racing 4 pot calipers. 
They use a 312mm disc.

If it is 312mm with 4 pod calipers then the only pads I get is EBC yellow R1418.00

I found the correct pad from metelli. Metelli wants R560 and Vw R1480.
