I don't think Durban will ever be rice free as long as sugars is easily available on the streets. However, there has definitely been an increase in the number of tastefully modded cars at the show. There were some neat RunX's and the OPC Owners Club had some nice looking cars on display. There were some nice Golfs and Polo's, but sadly the crap still outweighs the quality.

The worst car there IMO was the guy who wrapped his car in his lunch foil. With big chrome spinners as well.

The red leather interior seems have gone mainstream. Lots of nice looking cars with it, but also lots of ricey crap with it.

I have never seen this type of thing at any other shows anywhere else except in SA.

I was starting to think the SA "scene" as such was starting to improve when I saw all the polo's etc rolling around super low, then I was told they removing springs etc and I gave up.
I blame all this low and camborz on you
PoLonY's low and camberz is because he drives broken Vulva's, not because of stupidity...
Exactly

Yeah I just go now to watch Gazza destroy show and shine's with 1 air down for what

I will ask to go along with Gazza next year, partly because of the airing down and partly because you never know when Chicky Lamba is about...

I took a handful of pics of the OPCs. I literally walked straight past most non-VAG cars. The RunX's were out in force, but I was not interested. Something about Toyota does not appeal to me at all.

There are way too many try hards at that show.

The worst part about this is there are more than enough really nice cars in SA to put on a great show.
