Vw polo 1.6 2009 power cut while driving long distance

I have a polo 2009 1.6.

This problem happened about a month ago and now. This occurred only when driving long distance and after about 120km or 130km distance.

So the car cuts power and pressing accelerator has no effect on the rev meter for 7 seconds exactly. This becomes worse slowly slowly and at robots and tolls it just dies if this power was to happen at that stopping time. When picking up the car in first or second it sometimes cuts and the car doesn't move it causes frustration as it only gains acceleration after u seconds and cuts again and again.

Please help guys I took it to Mechenic a month ago when this happened but he checked and said its fine he doesn't know whags wrong. It than worked fine even when I used to drive to work and sit in length traffic for more the hours but distance was small. I really need help from you guys so I can go to a proper Mechenic and get this sorted.
