Introducing the Crazydetailer Polisher!

Post by Djin »

Those who follow us on Facebook may have seen the announcement. We are proud to announce our very own polisher. It is now available for sale from our JHB outlet and online.

The unique 15mm or "long throw" orbit of this dual action polisher is able to correct paint imperfections safely and quicker than traditional 8mm orbital polishers.

This is the preferred choice for detailers who are looking at improving their turnaround times as the machine will cut quicker. The build quality is solid and with a power rating of 900w, you will not be left wanting. This is perfect for swirl removal, polishing and glazing.

Very nice - this will be a very good upgrade for those with a standard 8mm throw DA like the Shield, and will make a great first machine for anyone looking to get into machine polishing.

Are there any dedicated long throw pads being stocked for this machine?

15mm and larger long throw polishers don't accomodate smaller backing plates than 5". For more intricate areas a normal 8mm throw DA with 3" backing plate or rotary is generally used. With techique you can get a long throw to work tighter areas where you use the larger orbit as opposed to rotation to do the correction but its hard to explain without a practical showing.
