Detrumpet airbox.
K&N or similar airfilter.
272 or 276 cam.
Decent dyno tune.

The cams with lower numbers(268, 272) will make the motor more responsive at lower revs. The higher numbered one(276, 282, 288) will make it better at higher revs.

It all depends on what you want the motor to do.
Lots of low rev torque and flexibilty or a high revving monster with no botton end power.

And with a cam and vernier pulley you can move the power up and down the rev range a bit.

Can I have both at lower and higher?

You can try get a 268/276 split cam. Best compromise for flexibility and top end power. I have a straight 268 Estas cam in my 1800 and it starts pulling nicely from 3000 rpm and goes to 6000 no prob.
The original G cam was from 2000 to 5000.

The split cams are a combination of both lobe profiles I think. Not too sure.
