Ridiculous tire prices

hi there i was wondering if anyone could help me out with a cheap place to buy tires
at the moment for a polo with normal 15 inch wheels i am being quote over R700 a tire and one of my buddies just replaced the 16 inch wheels on his beemer and only paid about R550

looking for tires in gauteng

any one got any ideas?

15" tires are expensive, 16" are cheaper cos its a more popular size.I just bought a set of Yoki's in 205/50/15.paid just under 3grand :evil:

i though a 15" war more popular.

OK well 15s in 205, as thats what i needed on my car, more expnsive than 16/205

195/50/15 tyres are normally very cheap.
