How you do that thing?

You know that thing when you reply to someone's post and quote whatever he\she said in your post?The quote usaully has a white back ground?

CAn anyone please tell me how i do that aswell

at the top right of each an everyon'es post there is a qhote button ... if you hit that button of the person you want to quote .. you shall be sorted like so
