Important Message from CrazyDetailer

Post by dood786 »

Important changes are coming!

Hi!

Due to popular demand, CrazyDetailer will be opening Johannesburg's first 100% detailing retail store. Indeed this is a very exciting time for us, but more information regarding the location, opening day etc will be communicated closer to the launch.

The reason for this communication however is to notify you that due to the preparation and move, there will be a small disruption of service.
Customer service and satisfaction is our highest priority, so we will still do our best to minimise the delays as best we can. We estimate delays in order fulfillment by a minimum of a day to a maximum of two days.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but we can assure you that once the store is up and running we will be IMPROVING on our turnaround times as well as launching of new services, products and events.

No Lawrence. Bad Lawrence. You know you can't be trusted with a stockpile of detailing supplies. It's like getting a crackhead to sell crack :fear:

Hahahha on a serious note - this is an excellent idea. Ideal for those ah-crap-I-forgot-one-little-item moments AND buyers would probably receive tutorials on how to use the products since Lawrence is an awesome guy

I missed this post. Thanks dood for putting this up!

I have to say this is pretty exciting for us, but insanely stressful. Hopefully this will all be worth it in the end. I hear you guys regarding the branches but theres no plans for that anytime soon. Who knows what the future brings though? Never say Never.

One thing for sure is we will be hosting more events for the detailing community. We are definitely in the minority so finally the crazies have a place to call home!

More details to follow closer to the launch.
