It does suck. It's a fun track to be on, due to the testing nature of it. We did a lap of it a year or two ago, being driven around in a Toureg.

Last years VW Rally, we did a lap of it and sections around it etc as the first stage, in the Datsun. Was great fun, just no timing as Jannie Habig took out the timing equipment in his Fiesta S2000.

The story goes.
Due to a local car club that used the skid pan for one of their events a few years ago went on to the trst track without permission. So now its closed for any public use.
