Informal get together - Sat 24th August

Right so Hoosier Daddy got hold of me to advise that Killerwatt will be down from JHB this weekend and a couple of the guys who are into their sound (mainly SQ) are wanting to hook up on Sat around lunch time at Jap Gardens

This post is just a heads up to anyone wanting to meet up with the guys.

Please note that this is NOT an official VW Club event - just a chilled out get together by some of the members....

Hi guys,

I will try my best to attend, just out of action at the moment so hoping to get better by Saturday to hookup with you guys.
Down with Bronchitis and not enjoying this feeling at all, but steadily on the road to recovery!

I also have no idea how to get to Jap Gardens, as long as they allow us to park off there and make some noise should be fine.

Thinking about it as well.

Not sure if they will allow the noise though.

For those who don't know, the main entrance is from the road behind PNP Hyper, Durban North.(Prospect Hall Road).

But your location say you are from Durban...

Lemme dig and see which part of the freeway is closed, I know they doing construction on the Blue Lagoon bridge which collapsed not so long ago.

Ok fine, I was getting quite excited to see some japs in a garden... Or feel like a giant in a bonsai forest, imagining tiny Japanese people running away from me screaming 'ahhhhhhhh gojjirra!!!!'

I'm good with Engen Garage Springfield, easier to find and less chance of getting bounced from there.
