We will be setting up the club Gazeebo / banners etc and will have merchandise on sale and will be signing up new members.
We are looking for 10 cars to be put up on display around our gazeebo to represent the club. Unfortunately this year, Autostyle are unable to provide us with free entry into the event, and so each participant will need to pay the R120 entry fee.
We need to pre-register and pre-pay and so we urgently need confirmation of who would like to partake in the event.
Based on last year's experience, expect to be there the whole day.
Please start updating this thread with confirmation if your intention to partake. Remember, first come, first served.... 10 spots only. We will meet at Volksie on Sunday morning and convoy to the event together.
Below is some additional information from Autostyle
Autostyle will be footing the full bill for the show, so free entries will be limited, subject to conditions below.
• 3 Free entries for every 10 paying entrants (these 3 spots will be reserved for the KZN committee members, who's cars will NOT be judged)
• This must be prepaid on the day before the show, and with all numberplates for the cars being entered
• No additions/amendments on show day (please keep to this as we are really stressed on show day and not all staff are briefed)
• Parking together as per rules below – ie pitch up together so we don’t have to move cars around to accommodate latecomers
In the interests of keeping things moving smoothly on show day, and to minimize risk, please ask your members to adhere to the above.

Entrance Fees : (all same as 2011)
• Dyno : R120
• Show and Shine R120
• Sound R120 (please note price per run)
Closing times :
• Last entrant at either 2pm or before if show is full. No exceptions
Photobooth
• We are setting up a photobooth – it is essential you go thru’ the entrance marquee so that your car is photographed (we are working on possibly printing t-shirts with your car on it) – the photos will also be available after the show to download from the website
Pre-entries :
• Saturday 8th at Autostyle Umhlanga
• Non-refundable
• This entitles you to a general reserved spot (not exact specific as things may change a bit on show day)
• Groups ( parking together provided entrance is done at approx the same time…leeway of 15 mins to last car of the group)
• Does not entitle you to come late and jump to front of the queue
Stalls
Commerical Stalls are available in the covered area – 12 sqm with 2m high barriers on 3 sides. Price R3000. Must be booked in advance as this is done on behalf of Gateway. No food stalls are allowed.
Show rules
Ticket Sales Close @ 2pm or earlier depending on capacity
* Entry Lanes close at 2:30pm or earlier depending on capacity no Exceptions.
* Que-Jumping will not be tolerated.
* No Reserved Que Spaces.
* Late Entrants will forfeit their entry.
* No Alcohol, Weapons or Illicit Substances Allowed.
* Illegally Parked vehicles will be clamped or towed at owners cost.
* Judges decisions are final.
* Right of Admission Reserved.
