Just watched again , i love when you're fairly close how you can hear both the straight 6 and the VR6 howling down the main straight

Yeah I've also watched this a few times now. It was a fun chase for sure!
Just bummed I didn't manage to get more footage on the day, battery issues on the camera.
Car has a a few things on it, there is a thread on this on BMWfanatics if you wanna go check it out.

Finally got two videos up, nothing crazy and handheld because the GoPro was being problematic.

But here's a conservative lap in my Audi A4 (As I said in other posts, I didn't want to push on the car very hard so I was just keeping it smooth and enjoyable). The other vid is my buddy in the RS Clio 197 getting to learn the track on his first day out at a track day:

Some of mine. Before you watch it just be warned there is some language in there that might not be appropriate and I do say things about some other drivers but Please I do not mean to offend anyone by it, just how I felt at that time

Yeah he saw you coming, I looked back on my side and saw absolutely no one, I even had just told him that its completely clear around him as you saw, but thats what a blind spot is... Im glad because ahead of time I told him I would look out but he has all the mirrors and he must be very aware. We used that uphill to let lots of people passed though, so dont consider that passing on a corner, the issue we had was okes screaching around the inside of us on tight bends...

Sorry man, I dont have any more footage than what you saw there. We planned to get a TON of GoPro footage that day but we were having issues with it being on the wrong modes or the memory filling up too fast etc...

@Neil

Not a problem man, I was happy to just make way for everyone all the time, because as I said before I wasn't pushing... I mean I don't even think my revs went anywhere near the redline... not even once that day, I was shifting at around 4,500 to 5000RPM down the straights even. Only bummer I realized after watching the video though was that I didnt have to slow down so much for you guys there, once I got back on the gas everyone was already miles away.
