You are barking up the wrong tree.

According to the law you no longer own a car, but rather a large chunk of moving metal.

The chance of getting your car to be legal is now zero. With out the VIN plate not even a police clearance can help you.

There is a small chance you could possibly get the car stamped with AAPV numbers but I dont think you will have any success without the original plate present at the time of the inspection.

The least hassle is to find another identical car that is in less than complete condition, with up to date licensing and build all your parts over.
