Easiest? Remove the current gearbox and fit another one that has the ratios you want.

Gearbox has to be removed, stripped down, gears swopped out, and put back in the car any ways if the ratios need to be changed. Simplest and easiest way is what I said in the first line.

You should asked that then.

More info is required before anyone here can give advise.

What car is it?
What gearbox code is in the car now?
What are you expecting from changing gearbox ratios?
What mods have been done to the car engine wise that would prompt a ratio change?

An FF box is the one you want, I think 1-2-3 is the same as the FFZ but 4 and 5 is longer
Current:

2006 Citi Golf 2E, Dictator, 4-2-1

Ex:
2003 Audi A3 1.8t, Thanas Tuned, FMIC, coilies, DP and exhaust
2007 Citi golf. ADY with Spitronics 60-2, estas 282, 4-2-1, coilies

ok currently I have a 1.4i velocity with the stock ffz gear box

I have 2l bottom end with a 2l cross flow cylinder head ( head was completely done by vandelinde ) .
I am using a set of throttles , with a stock FFZ gear box I will get of the line quick but from 3rd gear down it will get lazy so therefore I wanted to change the ratios of the gear box to carry the car over 400 m , I want it to have a decent balance through the gears

Then call 8v performance when they open again and tell them what you want. They will sort you out with a perfect gearbox
