Does anyone one no how to load apps on a touch screen Jvc head unit I wanna sync in to my Bluetooth obd2 reader

Jvc kw750bt I think it’s called “ a lot of crap if you ask me” know one can work on it I’ve found cheap Chinese radios more user friendly than this would rather buy a cheap flea market radio more user friendly” willing to swop any one with something that actually works this unit outter **** 2 months old can’t read android or iPhone “ Nokia 3310” would be more useful at least you can play snake ha ha ha anyone willing to prove me wrong?
