Hi Guys,

Hope you can help. I have a 2014 Polo 1.6 Comfortline. It has the OEM radio, though I'm not sure of the model. It is not the colour touch screen. Since I have had the car, i have been having intermittent issues with the bluetooth. It would connect, but no audio besides calls would come through. Other times everything would be perfect.

Lately it's been acting up, where the audio sounds like a scratched CD, and the call audio is broken and jumpy.

Does anyone have any advice on this, or do I need to give some more information. Please let me know.
