Golf 1.6i life 2003 front loader install

Post by bronwin »

Afternoon,

I recently decided to use an older car that has been catching dust in my families garage (for fuel efficiency to and fro work). I am not very experienced with cars and but have previously installed front loaders and speakers.

I am struggling a bit with this car as this is the first ever vw that I have driven and it seems the wiring for the radio is very foreign to me. I can see which ones are the speaker cables, there is a black wire , a brown one with a thicker gauge(which I assume might be the live wire) and then there is a red wire. Does anyone possible have any material like a wiring diagram specifically for this model or any instructions. Please any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am just really scared I blow more fuses on the front loader as 2 have already met their doom at my hands.

Take it to a sound shop and let them install it for you.
