its kinda hard to say now as we going to be doing testing on the turbo and that still.
and if i put a estimate price without explaining why people are going to brush it off, so ill rather do a full kit pic with dyno sheets and all the testings done so i can back up my pricing

This is properly epic!!! Finally a decently specced BT kit thats bolt on. Should make for plenty fun!

Miggz, would it be possible to spec a manifold that allows for an external wastegate set up aswell?

yeah we just need to find a way to jig the dp so it can be made with the kit and sold like that or ill have to build each one on the car every time

would like to do all the installs myself as i would be able to offer the best quality and maintain that. one turbo fail could be devastating especially if it was installed incorrectly but no one would look at that it would always be the product

Given that i know a host of guys in Durban willing to have this set up installed, i doubt you would be able to do the installs by yourself.

For that,

You have me :D

It's just extra work for you  My research says these motors are good for 350HP+ but the rods are puny hence the need to upgrade.

so this kit plus upgraded rods should equate to a damn decent daily.

yeah they can handle it but then if you going to be running stock internals i would rather run a boost controller and cap the power to maintain the reliability.

cant have a daily that breaks every week hence this kit needs to be reliable

We would need a set of forged rods as well right?

I know I would not sleep at night without it!

Would you be able to do the Rods and Bearings too?
