Hi guys I have a problem with my key for POLO 1.2 TDI BLUEMOTION 2011 MODEL
it got wet cz of baby milk last year around November, the key worked (Remote locking and unlocking) for 2 weeks and it stopped working.
Here's is my problem now, I lock and unlock doors manually and immediately when I get in the car, the alarm goes on I have to put in the key and on position and press any key button on the key fob.
If I don't press any button on the key fob while starting the car goes on for 2 sec and shut down
I get this message all the time "NO KEY" while on "on position" but if I press any of the buttons the message disappears.
Note that the car starts well with that key (Original key)
What should I do? Buy a new key? Reprogram the same key?

Re: Key programming
Use your spare key and claim from insurance for the broken one?
