Re: Auto Finesse Wheel Soap Review Thread

Finally washed my car after about a month after all this rain. I still need to upload pics but this is what I have so far.

The wheel soap tested on my 17 detroits worked very well. Also tested on my 15 velo rim and was effortless and quick. First impression was the smell which is great, almost want to taste it  . I used 3 caps in 3 liters of water and done the above mentioned procedure using a wash mitt and a soft bristle brush.
The foam was thick and somehow sticks on longer than normal soaps. My rims are occasionally waxed but this time had no protection. The brake dust was thick and what i also noticed is how effortless was it to clean the calipers with the wheel soap. It is stronger than the usual soaps and works better when you leave the foam on a bit then work it in. Its not going to magically make the dirt disappear but it doesn't require much effort to clean. IMO it worked better than Meguiars hot rims and i will highly recommend it.

One last thought... this product works and with minimal usage and effort, depending on how dirty your wheels are, although the price needs to be right to be on top.

After washing my wheels with this soap, I washed the wheels to following weekend with normal car shamphoo.

One thing about this soap is that my wheels were a darker black where as the normal car shampoo didnt give the same effect or doesnt clean as nice.
