Vw polo classic 1.6i afx problem

Hello guys I just signed up looking for some advice om my 2000 Polo classic 1.6i afx when standing over night of standing any periods of time just any some occasions on start up is it backfires through the intake manifold and sometime white smoke arise from te exhaust even when the car is not cold I have replaced my mapping sensor and cold start heat sensor and on diagnostic there is no errors so the person who did the diagnostic gave me advice that it may be one of my injectors leaking through so I just want to know what do you guys think maybe the problem any advice would be appreciated

.. yeah could be.. had a similar problem and pulled off the injector rail and found that no 2 injector was wet ...had my injectors cleaned and tested and luckily turned out fine, all good now. You can run a second fuel filter in the engine bay.. like just before you get the fuel rail. Hope this helps

Make sure it's on the fuel rail supply line
