Good day Guys. My name is Ryan. I drive a 2002 mk4 TDi that has developed a leak on the diesel pump.
Can someone please point me in the right direction for a re-seal kit.
Gave VW kempton park a call but they want me to replace the pump @ R85 000.00

Re: Introduction and MK4 diesel pump re-seal kit question
Search in your local area for a Bosch or Adco diesel service centre.
Those seals are the mechanical version of quantum physics to install, do NOT DIY. Very specialised knowledge and experience needed to do it successfully.
Also the timing belt must be removed to service the injection pump, another job that needs skill to carry out, as well as special tools to time the motor and the pump.
Drop me a PM if you want a more detailed explanation.

Thanks missioner, definitely not DIY-ing this. Read some horror stories online. I'll give some bosch service centers a call today.
Thanks again
