non start jetta 3 ,1996, only swing

Hi, kindly assist.
1. I have jetta 3 ,1996 model 1.8 non start , it is swinging but not taking up,
2. There is spark from coil, spark from cylinder1 but no spark at 3,4and 2.
3. I have change rotor, cap and leads problem persist

Bit confused as to what jetta you actually referring to, because a jetta 3 was last produced in 1999.

2006 would be a mk5.

Going to be difficult to diagnose what is wrong as to why there is only spark at cylinder 1 and not the rest, because a 2006 model didn't have a distributor, but had a coil pack and used a magnetic pickup to distribute spark.
