New Tiguan TDI owner

Post by lukejkw »

Hey Guys and Girls,

Take delivery of my first VW tomorrow - a 2011 Tiguan TDI.

My car history is very Japanese (3 Toyotas, 1 Honda, 1 Suzuki and 1 Subaru) so am really excited for something new and Euro.

Loved the low down torque and all round comfort of the TDI Tiguan but hope to do some modifications in future to turn her into a bit of a sleeper.

For now, I plan on exhaust and tune. Anyone someone can recommend in Joburg?

Thanks and see you around.

Wellcome

Checkout my rides thread here - http://www.vwclub.co.za/forum/viewtopic ... 1&t=205279

For performance mods, BMC pannel filter, downpipe with DPF delete and software is all you need really. Then you can go full exhaust, cooler, hybrid turbo etc

Read your thread before buying mine. Very nice example. Aren't many modified tiguan out there it seems.

Any advise on where to go for the exhaust mods and software? So new to the German scene. Don't know who to trust and don't want to rely on Google.

Also, anyone know where I can source a Bluetooth module. Frustratingly, my Tig didn't come with one.
