newbie

Post by Amz9n3 »

Hi guys I am new to this group. I would love if someone could help me. I have recently purchased a 2007 polo classic, The radio is asking for a code and the previous owner did not provide me with one. I have tried numerous applications to decode it and none seem to help at all, the dealership wants R290:00 to decode it which i feel is rediculous. The serial number is VWZ4Z3G3200808. If anyone can help me obtain the code, it would be of great help.

Thank You

Hello and welcome.

Pay the money and claim it back from the seller. Surely he/she should have provided you with that information.

If the radio came in the car. Just take battery oit and fit again. Should sort itself out on firts startup.

If its not the original radio, you wont be able to use the vin and need to pull the radio for a code. And phone vw

I have phoned vw plenty a time and some of them help you free of charge. Just be nice
