Re: VWCSA - Treasure Hunt 2014 - 30 March
Guys, gals, A HUGE THANKS to everyone that was involved in this event. It was one of my most enjoyable events that I've joined to date. To the comm, guys, just epic. To everyone joining this event, thank you very much for making this the epic event that it was.
To Wikus, thanks for the early morning shower.
To Alex, Epic parking skills at the toy store, I was laughing so hard, I was battling to get down the stairs.
To Pikkewyn, the colonel, I was in tears for some time. Nice one bud.
To James, your car is epic buddy. Killing turkeys all the way, all day long. The long, hard work, and little sleep has paid off. A special thanks to Tazo and AsusFan for helping to get the motor sorted Saturday night, to Wikus, Ashley and Chris from GW Delarey for supplying parts and tools to get the cabrio running, and to Gremlin and AsusFan's SO for all the patience with us stuffing around in the garage Saturday night.
It was great meeting new people, met some awesome people yesterday, seeing familiar faces again, it was just a blast. Hope to see everybody at the next event
Edit : At Ryan, hats off to you for finishing the event bud.

It was an epic event! Grant and myself (team beesneus) won our little competition with our SO's, so that to me is a great success!

Re: VWCSA - Treasure Hunt 2014 - 30 March
Good event.
Route was not as elaborate as last year (Mostly in the Woesrand) but a good route none the less.
Lots of laughs was had.
If someone could thank the staff at Outdoor warehouse, Toyzone & that dodgy fast food place, they were extremely helpful & kind.
Criticism, someone needs to proof read the directions & grammar before adding the VWClub logo on the directions
