I for one have REALLY enjoyed this year, I did miss an event or two but it was my first full year with the club. I didn't plan on attending campout for 2 main reasons, and please, I do not mean to offend anyone with my second point, this is my opinion based on what I have read about it and my personal values:

1) I had other commitments over the weekend

2) Even though I have made some good friends in the club, I am not too keen on the idea of going camping with many other dudes that seem to just go to get drunk. I have better things to do with my life than living for every chance to get drunk, in actual fact I have only been drunk once in my like and I never plan on doing it again. I do drink alcohol, I don't mind going for a drink or 2 with some pals but I never abuse it. I have seen far to many people doing stupid, dangerous, indecent and regrettable things while they are drunk.

I look forward to next year and the events. I look forward to hanging out with existing friends as well as making new ones . I really hope more members will attend events, not just drag events and dyno days but the others that require one to turn the steering wheel

All the best to comm for next year, I trust and hope that it will be a brilliant one!! Lets keep the club pumping!!
