If people queue-jumped, that shows their own selfishness. Myself and Rion personally went to talk to a few guys who were suspected of queue-jumping. I was really pissed at this one chop in his black 335 BMW, he had some cream shorts and a salmon coloured t-shirt. He didn't follow instructions and was a real prick in general. Overall I think it was a brilliant event and I'm sure the guys got some really good runs in.

Thanks for all those who participated, there were some really fast cars, my favourite being that Shadow Blue 1.6i Mk1 Citi with the GT28 bolt on turbo kit!

Myself and the Silver Seat where behind the Audi. While i didnt mind, the S3 should have pulled out the line when he didnt have an opponent.

I think the issue with Queue jumpers should be nipped by the person in queue. Unless the jumpers are just pushing there way in. From what i saw it was mostly a friend in line keeping a spot.

But yes, i think the number system will work.

I dont think the que jumping was much of an issue in the 1/4 mile as it went pretty quickly and guys got a lot of runs in but more the 1km runs, Because we only ran 1 car at a time and you had to wait for 60 other cars to go before your next run.

Its a stupid problem to have really, Respect the fact that its not only you that want to get as many runs in as possible, Everyone is in the same boat as you.
Que jumping is a primary school problem, People at these events are grown ups, and must act that way.

Hey Budd.

What was your number?

I can look through it again. This was done late last night, after a long day, so its possible I missed something.

I took the lates times we had.

Apologies for the confusion.
its cool bro

Awesome track
..had an awesome time...

O53

Reason im asking if the times are correct... anthony with 12sec ibiza cupra is a record in sa...
No probs. I did check yours this morning before leaving home.

Your run of 14.49 was announced as 14.4 and recorded as 14.5.

Apologies for this, I will update it on the results and post again.

Regarding Anthony's run, I can confirm tonight. Although I'm not sure how it works with the record holding as it was not an MSA event. Still a great accomplishment,
Cool, ive updated the results and will post soon.

It seems Anthony's run was a mistype from me.

His quickest time was 14.27 @ 158

Apologies for the mistake.

Regarding my speed, I see that the official results has me as a 234. That was my second run. The first run I managed a 236. Not sure what happened between the announcement and the time being recorded?

Please confirm. Car number O-19.
I checked my MFD for the speed as I crossed the line and on the first run (245) and second run (243). So a 2km/hr difference.
Hey man,

Will confirm tonight for you.
Thank you very much. Appreciated.
There was a note to correct this run, but it seems i missed it.

You are correct, top run was 236.

the 118 was your 1/4m exit speed.

I will update, and post results shortly.

Apologies for the confusion.

Mine has a valid excuse. I was gonna go with the honda. But I got the golf fixed and then that morning the starter decided to go. I was not gonna go in the first place as I had cars to finish.

But I do however promise I will be at the next event with my golf.
