Frankly I think it is ridiculous that the comm members (voted by the club) are asking the club when they want to go. Previous years a date was given and everybody complied with the date there were no discussions regarding dates. Every year on the dubrun there has been well above fifty cars which goes show that if you really want to participate you will. Maybe the club should look at doing a fixed calendar and stick to the dates printed, some of our other clubs we are involved in have a 12 month fixed calendar which gives everyone ample time to do their planing for the year.

So must we be like the goverment, take money and do what the **** we want to as comm with out our paid members interest. Shaaap!

It's got nothin to do with being a government. All I'm saying is that set a date and let it be the comm members will never please every one. When dealing with this amount of people u cannot satisfy every one. But like I said do the big events planning and dates at the beginning of the year ( I know much easier said than done) and give the dates, then us as members can plan and this poll and arguing wont be happing.

Ps. The amount of money we spend on our membership is so little for what we get. I have never question were it goes to. Just share the brandy!!!!!!!!!
