I actually think you we're given first prize due to rushed consolidation on our part, so yes it seems you are second.

There's a bit of confusion in FB class with times. Stan and FB64's time was read as below 13s at the prizegiving. What is correct?

He should be around 240km/h, give or take a few.

I'm curious, tell me about your 1km driving technique.
Your car should be capable of a better exit than 217. . . Right?

Ed, you should be in FC along with jetta 2 as you have a non stock turbo car. I don't know why you were in class fa...

Thanks committee. 2nd is at least something :)

My trophy cabinet is building nicely lol.

Still admit, 13.8 is way off my usual times and 208. Previous time I attended was doing 13.4's and 215.

Will post pics of how my semis look after Sunday

Twas a great day, its a nice track, ill have to learn how to drive my car as my times were ****, but alas, ive really learnt alot about my alfa and about drag racing!

My day ended kak as i forgot the masking tape on my rear plate and Metro pulled me over and i had to deal with arrogant **** for 45mins begging them not to lock me up. I finally got home at 19h00.

Right now im laying in a hospital bed after having my tonsils removed this afternoon...eish

Comm,

Not to make life difficult but I think there is some mix up here in the FA class, initially I came first with a 14.1, and Mo came second with a 14.3. After some deliberation it was apparent that he had run a 13.9 which is not recorded. So he in fact had taken first so I handed over the trophy as he deserved it.
I was told that I did in fact run a 14.1 by a chap driving a 1.8t polo, so I was chuffed. Now I see that the 14.1 does not appear on the list (FA10) of times. So can someone clarify this please as I would rather hand over the trophy to the righful second place taker if I did not. unfortunatley I do not know as Mo's 13.9 does not appear here so perhaps there is some mistake?

BTW what speed did SOV run with the C63?
Sov is on holiday in Bali
He should be around 240km/h, give or take a few.

I'm curious, tell me about your 1km driving technique.
Your car should be capable of a better exit than 217. . . Right?
So who was the guy in the C63? Thought that was him.

I tried different techniques, wheelspin galore - didn't get a reading coz the sensor was off.
Roll off the line, missed 5th gear and gave up - 18xkm/h run
Third and last I launched at 2000rpm and bogged down and ran a 217.

Car is down on power, I dunno WTF. Going back to USPS this week.
What I don't understand is the exit speed on the 400M is high, but on the 1km it's pretty pathetic.
