Nice gesture. The wrc guys seemed very cool...Le Clue wrote:

This is a nice gesture from them. You could see they were also getting frustrated with the KAR guys after a while. I think between the Escort and the Alfa they took more than an hour just on those cars. The "normal" cars took about 5-10mins, which was way better. If the KAR guys weren't there, then I think we could've gotten up to about 60-70 on the numbering system?Sinbad wrote:Nice gesture. The wrc guys seemed very cool...Le Clue wrote:

yes it did. I think it made about 150kw. Check on Facebook on the vagtechnik page...Dawie wrote:Anyone know if the Revo Polo 6R GTI managed to get onto the dyno? Would love to know the results. Saw a stock car do 127kw before I left.

yes I agree they did seem cool. The guy that was pulling the cars on and off called me over after he had pulled my car on to the dyno to tell me that my gearbox mounting could be nackerd. Very nice he could of just ignored it an carried on but he didn't.Sinbad wrote:Nice gesture. The wrc guys seemed very cool...
Dude, you should know by now, any dyno day, doesn't matter which club, if you pitch there at 10:00, chances that you'll dyno your car late in the afternoon is very good. Yes WRC didn't look quite hurried to get home early unfortunately but that's the way the cookie crumbles.1.9TurboVw wrote:This event was an Epic fail! I got there just after 10 and I was already 81 in the Queue, Comm please let every know what number they actually got to in the queue system? As far as I know when I left after the rain started at 3 they didn't even reach 29,
I'm sorry but as a paid up member We should have preference at a VW Club dyno day, please clarify how many paid up members actually ran? From what I saw their were more non members and open class cars running then actually VW's Club members. First come first serve is b%&*%$*t! Its VW Club Dyno day and not a ST, Suburu, Alfa and Toyota dyno day they have their own clubs and own dyno days, they should have the least preference on the day.
I wasn't worried about the time the car got on the dyno as long as it eventually would, i knew i was going to be there the whole day and in no rush at all but by the way things were running they weren't even going to get the car dyno'd by Sunday. People were also claiming they had to be at places before the afternoon and were jumping the queue to get their cars dyno'd. Their should be no Queue jumping at all.Titleists wrote:Dude, you should know by now, any dyno day, doesn't matter which club, if you pitch there at 10:00, chances that you'll dyno your car late in the afternoon is very good.
